The site is hosted by [Hosting provider and server location]. When you open a page, the host's servers process technical data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type, so the page can be delivered and kept secure.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in running a secure website). Log data is kept only as long as the host needs it for these purposes.

We set one cookie (dispatchly-lang) only when you switch the language, so the site remembers your choice. It contains nothing but "en" or "de".

This is strictly necessary for a function you asked for (§ 25(2) TDDDG). We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Fonts, images and the product video are served from our own server. Loading this site does not send your data to third parties such as Google or YouTube.

If you email us or book a call, we process the details you give us to answer and prepare the conversation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete them when they are no longer needed, unless we are legally required to keep them.

Booking links may lead to an external scheduling service. Its own privacy policy applies to the data you enter there.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15–21 GDPR).
